Custom Battery Pack FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity for a custom battery pack?
MOQ depends on the product family: power tool and drone packs start at 20 pcs, LiFePO4 storage units at 10, and digital/consumer packs at 100 pcs. A first-article (paid sample) order is available before mass production so you can verify the build before committing to volume.
How long does a custom pack take from specification to shipment?
After the specification is confirmed, prototypes are built with real test data (capacity, internal resistance, discharge curve, temperature behavior), then mass production follows. Sample lead time is typically a few days once the design is fixed; production lead time is confirmed in the quotation.
Can you build a replacement module for an existing device?
Yes. Send us the existing pack or a photo with its voltage, capacity, dimensions and connector. We design a drop-in replacement module matched to your device — common cases include solar/security camera packs, medical devices, and legacy OEM packs no longer supplied by the original brand.
Do you design the BMS and provide certification documents?
Yes. Protection circuits and smart BMS (including communication such as SMBus/CAN on request) are designed in-house. We supply UN38.3, MSDS, IEC 62133, CE and CB documentation from our cell supply chain to support export and carrier requirements.
Which cells do you use?
We build only with genuine Grade-A cells from original, top-tier suppliers — never B or C grade. Cell format options include 18650, 21700, Li-polymer pouch and LiFePO4 prismatic. Cell brand and grade are honestly declared on every quote.

I don't have a full specification — can I still get a quote?
Yes. Most of our custom projects start from less than a full spec. Send a photo of the pack you are replacing, plus whatever you know — voltage, device model, or just the dimensions — and we will come back with what we would build and what it would cost.
